If you have another insurance policy, Dr. Burgoyne will see you as an out-of-network provider.*

If you are in-network, costs are covered, excluding any co-pay (communicated before testing).

For out-of-network clients, Dr. Burgoyne accepts a 2-part payment plan. Half of the amount is due at the start of the evaluation, and the remainder is due on the day of feedback. After we discuss your results and you receive a pdf report, our billing agency submits a “superbill” to your provider, requesting reimbursement on your behalf. Covered costs go directly to you, no money passes through the office. **

Evaluation Costs:

*You are entitled to a Good Faith Estimate before the evaluation. Clients using out-of-network services will be notified if the evaluation is covered, at least in part, by their specific plan. Private pay evaluations range in cost, from $600 for IQ testing (Adaptive Functioning) to $4,000. Some people choose to pay for evaluations out-of-pocket so their results are not shared with their insurance provider. Please call for more details.
